Pricing & information

We do our best to post completely accurate information on our website. All product information is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to change any of this information at any time. All pricing is subject to change at our discretion. Prices listed here are compared to our database at the time of order processing and you will be charged our current system price. If there is a difference in pricing you will be notified of the updated price and have the option to change your order. Who's Closet is not responsible for incorrect information on this site including, but not limited to errors in price or product specifications listed for sale. While this may sound like we are not being responsible, we are. Sometimes typos are made or information we obtain from the manufacturers is incorrect and we do our best to monitor and correct these issues. If anything changes when we process your order such as pricing, shipping costs or application you will be notified and have the opportunity to change your order.

Taxes

Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST. Ontario orders are subject to 8% PST.

Ordering info

Water's Edge Fountains processes orders during regular business hours Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order you will be notified of the expected in stock date and will have the choice of putting the item on back-order or an immediate refund in full. You will be kept up to date on the status of your order.

Returns

Who's Closet wants you to be happy with your purchase. All items are eligible for our comprehensive money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us. Should we not be able to resolve the issue to our mutual satisfaction we will provide you with return instructions.  Simply return the item within 30 days of the original shipment date, in the condition in which it was shipped (including packaging).  Upon receipt we will immediately issue you a full refund of your purchase price. We can not refund shipping charges.
