Water's Edge Fountains is a family run, retail establishment operating on-line since 2002. We are proud to have built a strong reputation for providing quality products and excellent customer service. Our store features unique water fountains and accessories imported from around the world. We comb the trade shows to find unusual items and reliable importers. You won't find our items at your local store. All payments to Water's Edge Fountains are processed by the leading on-line payment gateway PayPal where we are a Verified Business Member. When you finalize your order you can either enter your credit card information directly or choose to be transferred to the secured PayPal website. You can then enter your credit card details and complete the payment process. Water's Edge Fountains will never see or store your credit card details.

Shipping

All U.S. orders are FOB our warehouse in Dearborn, Michigan and shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service).  Canadian orders are shipped from our head office in Goderich, Ontario via UPS and/or Canada Post.  Delivery is expected in 3 to 10 business days depending upon your location.  When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:

• Credit card approval and or confirmation of bank transfer payments must be received prior to processing;
• Orders placed after 5:30 pm EST will not be processed until the next business day;
• Orders are shipped within 2 business days of order processing;
• Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays;
• Products is in stock, otherwise you will receive an e-mail.
