About Water's Edge Fountains

Water's Edge Fountains is a family run, retail establishment operating on-line since 2002. We are proud to have built a strong reputation for providing quality products and excellent customer service. Our store features unique water fountains and accessories imported from around the world. We comb the trade shows to find unusual items and reliable importers. You won't find our items at your local store. We are always updating our product line so be sure to sign up for our Newsletter and visit us often to view new items

Security

For your protection we use secure sockets (SSL) to protect your personal details. All personal information entered into our forms is transferred over the internet in an encrypted connection, then stored in an encrypted form. Water's Edge Fountains has an up-to-date certificate for secure sockets issued by industry leader GeoTrust.

All payments to Water's Edge Fountains are processed by the leading on-line payment gateway PayPal where we are a Verified Business Member. When you finalize your order you can either enter your credit card information directly or choose to be transferred to the secured PayPal website. You can then enter your credit card details and complete the payment process. Water's Edge Fountains will never see or store your credit card details.


Privacy statement

Water's Edge Fountains will only use your personal information for the exclusive purpose of fulfilling your order with us. The information provided will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to a third party under any circumstances. We are committed to a strict anti-spam policy and will not send you any unsolicited e-mails other than those directly concerning your order or to in answer your e-mail queries. Should you wish to subscribe to our e-mail Newsletter outlining sales and new items, you must sign up separately on our main page.  You can cancel your subscription or site membership at any time.

Shipping

All U.S. orders are FOB our warehouse in Dearborn, Michigan and shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service).  Canadian orders are shipped from our head office in Goderich, Ontario via UPS and/or Canada Post.  Delivery is expected in 3 to 10 business days depending upon your location.  When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:

  • Credit card approval and or confirmation of bank transfer payments must be received prior to processing;
  • Orders placed after 5:30 pm EST will not be processed until the next business day;
  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days of order processing;
  • Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays;
  • Products is in stock, otherwise you will receive an e-mail.
